Sarvtobhadra Bati is a main medicines used for kidney failure in ayurveda. Other medicines also require in the management of kidney failure according to the humors (VATA PITTA KAPHA) involvement, but Sarvtobhadra Bati works as a RASAYANA (Rejuvenation agent).

Generally, patients have mixed symptoms, so doctor has to decide the treatment according to each symptom and herbs according to intensity of primary dominance, secondary dominance and tertiary dominance of the humors.
