Sheetasudha or Sheeta Sudha :
Sheetasudha or Sheeta Sudha is one of the easiest, safest and widely used Ayurvedic ways of keeping the body cool and hydrated during the sizzling summers. This cooling sherbet is made of Usheera ( khus Khus -Vetiveria zizanioides ) and sugar.
It is indicated in Ayurvedic treatment of urinary retention, difficulty in urination, Burning sensation all over body, Excessive thirst, etc. It is a natural coolant tonic.
Useful in burning sensation all over the body, burning micturition, excessive thirst, dehydration, water & fluid imbalance developed due to extreme heat during summers.
DOSE :
should be taken as 3 teaspoons with a glass of water.
